the results from UW are ridiculous, if you haven't seen them yet. 7:53 wins the second heat of the men's 3k. 1:48 wins the third fastest heat of the men's 800.
i know there are people from other meets who will make it, for example the Providence guys in the mile from BU, but unless you run a time that is auto, you have like a 2% chance of making it unless you participated in the 310m banked time trials in the husky invite.
college coaches: if you have a stud runner on the ncaa bubble, you MUST bring them to UW or else you're denying them a chance at nationals, and some other schmuck is going to run 10 seconds faster in the 3k than they would at any other race all year indoors, and that schmuck will get the chance to be all-american. it's pretty much that simple.
i guess you can add notre dame's 300+ meter track to the list of ridiculous indoor tracks, so as not to pick on only uW.
