My running was evaluated a few years back at a running store. As a neutral runner, the evaluator gave me a couple of choices of shoes. The Mizuno Alchemy I chose at the time might have been one of its first models. Now I read that current model #'s 7 or 8 are for over pronators. Do you know if the shoe has changed over time from being for a neutral runner to an over pronating runner? As a distance runner I don't want to cause injury due to improper fitting shoes. If the shoe has been reconstructed, do you know of a current equivalent neutral shoe?
Thanks,
Scott
