A nice large lettuce leaf has about 5 calories...so you are getting in about 1 calorie of protein.
Congratulations on your weight loss, but there are better ways. Right now you are losing weight through simple calorie restriction. Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want and you won't be able to eat that many calories during the day. That plus exercise and you'll lose weight, but without proper protein intake you will also lose muscle which will make your weight loss stagnate.
The only problem with the Atkin's style diet is misapplication. There is nothing wrong with a diet only containing 50g of carbs a day...provided you don't do that for infinity. A diet that low (let's say 20-50g carbs) shouldn't be followed for more than a month or two. It is however a good initiation for those who consume carbs in mass quantities and want to lose body fat. You know why people lose weight so quickly on these diet shows and on these very low carb diets? Because carbs stored as glycogen are also stored with a lot of water. Cut carbs, cut glycogen, cut A LOT of water.
If your goal is to lose weight then your carbohydrate intake shouldn't go over 100g (not including non-root veggies...so count potatoes, carrots, do not count greens, broccoli, etc). All of this 100g should come post-workout and 2-3 hours post-workout. This is because the carbs will be stored as glycogen instead of stored as fat post-workout. Not working out that day? Eat them in the morning as you are basically waking from a 6-8 hr fast. Increase protein intake from lean meat sourres (lean beef, fish, chicken, etc) to 1-2g per lb body weight.
Weight train, eat protein = increase muscle mass = increase resting metabolism = lose fat faster over the long term.
Eat every 2-3 hours also will increase metabolism.
Drink water at .5oz per lb bodyweight to lose weight. Every process in your body requires water.
Of course you'll need a calorie deficit. Want to lose body mass? You need to consume less calories than you use. Want to maximize increases in muscle mass? You need to consume more calories than you use.
