My indoor season starts in February and all I have been doing to prepare involves weight training and an occasional run on the treadmill or a 4 miler when the weather is nice enough to run outside.
I was wondering how much mileage a 400/800 runner like me should be doing at this time a year. I want my sprint speed back after being in cross country, but I know I'm out of shape and need some more aerobic, endurance running as well.
