Yeah, if you're around, do it. It's a lot of fun. It's festive. Fireworks will be right over your head. Don't take it 100 percent seriously as a "race," though.
Can I get away with ghost running it? $50 dollar entry fee is a little steep.

winning time was 18:22 by Mottram. the top guys were flying! He is in town training for some indoor meets in Jan and Feb.

Mottram was not even there
Mottram ran well!!!! I think it was down near 18:20???? The next couple guys came through around 18:45 or so.
