70 to 100 miles a week during the summer, weight training now, 30 to 45 miles a week now, Plyometrics during the summer. Where could I be next XC season time wise...???
Freshmen XC 5k = 19:33
Freshmen Track 3000 = 10:55
Freshmen Track 1500 = 5:06
Freshmen Track 800 = 2:33 (Only ran the 800 3 times)
Sophomore XC 5k = 17:33
