The last few days I have basically spent HOURS (at least 3+) on this site a day.. I constantly refresh it every few minutes to read new topics etc. How many hours a day do you spend on letsrun, approximately?

Letsrun is on my computer all day, even though I dont look at it all the time. But id say 3 hours, i dont have anything else to do.
I know you're completely infatuated with all things Rupp, but please, please stop. You'll only make things worse.
Mike, is that you?
Yes, will you tell your sister to leave, I'm finished.
Me too I get back from classes and a run and first thing I do is Letsrun.
for the last 5 years i would say on avg each week i have spent 15 hours a day on letsrun. the only time I am not on letsrun is if i do not have internet near by. Over the summer I spend a easy 25 hours a week on letsrun. So over the last 5 years i have spent 220 days just reading and keeping up to date with everything and anything that is going on in the track and field world. So I would say I'm addicted as well. I have accomplished to run 14:55 for 5,000 so far for a D2 school and QPA is 3.2 so I'm not a complete waste of life.
I can stop at any time....
Not letsrun, just heroin (again) for me. *Sigh*
These withdrawals are going to be a doozy!

No its not. Im too good for letsrun
I thought I would get off for a week or so while home for the holidays. I did for a few days, but then I experienced headaches all day (I almost never get headaches) and insomnia (worse than the usual). So I'd say I am addicted to letsrun. Could I quit? Perhaps, but I'm still waiting for my dreams to become reality.

About 2 years ago I used to be like that, now I come every few days. Not what it used to be.
I used to be on here all the time. Then when they started deleting political threads, or rational discussions I switched to a different board. It's a million times better. But I still stop by every few days to see what's going on here.
I hate when they delete threads. Just bc I said this, they will prob delete this thread. I will give it a few days.

I am hooked too but the silver lining is I got off crack.
I seem to get that way at times, but make a clean break away for a week minimum, when some idiot mod deletes my thread for no good reason. ( i put up a thread last week asking if the "skins game in golf last weekend was an insult to the avergage guy out there, considering the recession and all those who are hurting" got deleted, twice, so i bailed out. for a week.
