I'm a freshman in HS who doesn't train much and doesn't have a coach so i wanted to know how good i can be from this workout?
mile in 5 mins, rest 60, 1200 in 3:40, rest 90, 800 in 2:20, rest 90, 400 in 54.
I know its not that fast but i dunno i think pretty good for a fresh what u guys think?
