This cross country season my 5K PR is 16:57 on a fairly tough course. My 400m is 59ish from a workout. based on those times what do you think I can run this track season
for 800m 1500m and 3000m?

That isn't very much information to go off of but I would say:
800m-2:05-2:10
1500m-4:20ish
3000m-9:20ish
how about this
400- 49.4
800-
1600-
3200-
legit 5k-15:27
800=2:05
1500=4:25
3000=9:40
prove me wrong and run faster

What might I run my senior year?
Junior year pr's: 3:48 (1500), 1:52 800, 51 400.
30miles/week. Highest ever 40 miles.
Your palms will likely be blistered so that will likely end up in an infection, so your season will be short.

you'll get the clap and have to be on meds your whole season, they'll test you and you'll receive a 2 year ban from USOC.
