I'm a 14.46, 5km runner and I have been offered the chance to exercise in an altitude chamber on a bike once a week for free, however I'm wondering if this will help imrpove my running? I'm currently running 80/90 miles a week, however if on the bike once a week will probably drop to 80 miles.
Also what would be the best work out on the bike to help improve my running? Unfortuantly they o not have a treadmill in the chamber. Would realy appreciate your thoughts. Thanks
