What's a good mid-week sharpener for a high school team leading up to the state championship? Very aerobically fit, but not feeling the turnover. We did 3x 1600m @ aerobic threshold last Wednesday, followed by 6x200m at rep pace (according to Daniels). Ran well at our regional, but looking for something else.
We were planning on cruise intervals + 4x 200m for this Wednesday, but looking for better ideas. Thanks.
