Are you just lifting upper body?
When you assume you make an (ass) out of (u) and well actually just you so I wouldn't do any lifting at all.
If you are looking for a quick 30-45 minute circuit, do the same one twice a week.
If you are looking to do something a bit more intensive, set up two routines and rotate them, lifting 3x a week.
