So right now I am 18 and I am in my first year of college. I run about 30-40 miles to week right now and by December I am going to be around 55-60 with how much I'm increasing each week. I have only been running since March and I ran track for two months. My Pr's right now WITHOUT COMPETITION are 5:00 for the mile 10:40 for the 2mile and 17:00 for the 3 mile. ON the road I have ran a 31:30 5 mile and that has only taken me 5 weeks to drop from 35:20. I am planning on running in college next year. Don't laugh but what are the odds of me being at 14 by the beginning of my end of my jr year, May 2011. Please give feedback and training tips.
