To all the 1500m guys out there (preferably sub 4:00 and below, but input from all is appreciated) - what kind of weight / core / circuit training do you do, if any?
I read that El G did a lot of circuit/plyo training - does anyone have any specific examples of what that would entail? (I've just read he jumped over hurdles, but no specific information as to how, reps, technique, etc).
Upper body lifting - chest, back, arms, anything?
Lower body - squats, box jumps, etc. ?
Previous threads on this haven't yielded much in the way of specifics so I'm hoping we can get some input from some of the great 1500m runners and coaches on the board.
