i've been running 60-65 miles/ week for about 4-5 months now. my last race for the season is going to be the second week in november, and after that i want to raise my mileage by a good amount. so my question is what would be a good, possible mileage for me to aim for? i don't really have any history of being injured so i think it could be quite a bit, but i'm not sure how high i should aim for.
