i'm looking for an inexpensive, lightweight, responsive trainer--any body know the good ones?
Neutral? light, medium, heavy support? What have you used in the past?
I'm having great success with Saucony Progrid Guide right now. Light support shoe, ~10oz, VERY firm and responsive, not too tall in the heel, its fantastic.
