I am running KC on 10-18, with a build up to 84 mile high mileage weeks as of 9-28. My 21 miler pace ranged run from 7:05 to 7:20, depending on the temperature. This week I have gotten my legs back and have run:
sun 12 miles comfortable at 7:00 pace
mon 10k tempo at 6:20 pace
tu 10 miles comfortable at 6:48 pace
we 7 miles comfortably hard at 6:15 pace
th 10 miles recovery at 7:02 pace
fr 9 miles at comfortable at 6:52 pace
sat 6 miles easy at 7:05 pace
What pace/time should I attempt over the 26.2 in 2 weeks? Any help appreciated.
