hello my names Daniel ,
Im 16 around 6ft 1 and 65kg LOL
I run alot running training 7-8 times a week with 2 gym sessions so 9-10 training sessions per week yes its alot
long runs as far as 10km and 2 track sessions and yes well my question is WHY AM I NOT IMPROVING ,
Back in feburary i RAn a 800m track race in
2.18 , first 200 in 31 then 67 for 400m then died
anyways i did that off NOTHING only 8weeks of 5day a week training sessions i got a coach in april or so and been training hard since and the closest ive got to 2.19 in 2.26 with 3 races I DONT know whats rong with me can anyone help?????????????????????????????????
