i have an injured runner. he should be fine in a week nd has been doing 3-5 miles. the injury is an itb. its not too bad but he came off a seperated shoulder so he hasn't run too much. I am looking for any good training info on low milage good quality training. anyone know where i can find this or coaches that had this philsophy that i can read up on. We are talking about 4 weeks once fully healed till districts and he is my 5th man
