How important is it to take one day off a week from running? I have read many articles by coaches that state that you should take one day off per week while on the other hand, I have viewed many sample programs that encourage running every day of the week. I prefer to run everyday, but sometimes I feel tired on my hard workout days. Would it be better for me to run six days a week rather than seven? Is it possible to impede improvement by not taking a total rest day?
