I was looking to move up from 5ks and 10ks to the half marathon, before some odd years down the line, going out for a sold marathon time. However, I have found it nearly impossible to find any information on training between the elites and the newbs. I was hoping to run between 5:45 and 6 minute pace for the duration and need some advice for training. I have about 7 1/2 months till the mini I want to run is scheduled and want to hear some input. I am currently in about 16 flat 5k shape, or was, since I have taken about a week off to rest my legs before starting this quest.
