I want to run again. By that I mean train hard again.
I ran 4 years at a university. My first two years I had a PR of 3:50 AND 1:52. My last two years I had a pr of 3:53 and 1:55. All summer I took some time off, just running 30-40 minutes 4-5 days per week. I'm ready now to do it again. I am now at a different school getting my masters and have alot of time on my hands. I want to race in the spring...DO I HAVE TIME??? This may be my last year to do it, I will be working full time at the end of the summer.
HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT GETTING IN COMPETITIVE SHAPE for the SPRING?
