Since I have graduated from college in 2006 I have tried to keep training at a high level but I am finding it hard to stay with it. I have been training all alone since college. I have been able to put in one marathon race which was my first one in 2:25. I am now finding it hard to keep training and busting my tail on tempo and track workouts by my self. There isn't anyone within a 2.5hour radius from me. What do I do? My motivation is declining because of my environment.
