I'm not looking for any more running plans. This site is full of great suggestions and guides for that.
Is there one place that details all the little extra things that elite runners do - proper stretching, drills, strength training, as well as the how, when, and why to mix these different ingredients together. I know these things may not directly make you faster, but most people seem to believe they keep you healthy and uninjured (and thus indirectly make you faster by allowed you to train uninterrupted).
If there is not one place with all these things, we can make this thread the one place.
