Currently working my way up to higher mileage traing for a 5k/10Ks in October.
Numerous things have sideline training and now trying to work my way back up to 50MPW and evenutally 80 before Feburary of next year and then evenutally 100 afterwords.
Was wondering if anyone here had a decent gradual increase workout schedule I could follow for such a plan?
Doing mostly 25 mile weeks and the occasional 30 to maintain any sort of fitness, I'm working a 12 hour midshift 2 days on 2 days off so I can do two-a-days ever other 2 days.
