I'm scheduling out my 1st marathon program into Philly & want to try & get back to or near 1 or 2 100 mile weeks before the race. It's been about 2 years since I've hit those #'s due to a few things including injury.
If I do a 15% increase per week before my taper, I'll hit it a few times. Is this woo much or should I stick with the 10% rule and end up hitting between 80-90?
