Am a long time runner going back to '78 and looking to improve VOm and LT? Never seems to improve with the training I have done (self coached). Any suggestions? Generally use the workouts from Daniels but have had lots of problems with injuries and generally don't make it through a complete cycle without getting thrown off due to injuries.
Think I am currently a VDOT 53-54 and coming out of PT/Rehabilitation with leg strength very good. Would like to think I could improve those numbers with good training.
Is VDOT 60 possible within a year or 2/3?
