I'm 21. The last time I competed was my senior year of high school and my bests were 51s for 400m and 2:05 for 800m. This was my second year of track. I've been running distances and longer repeats with a club to keep in shape since HS. I do a good amount of weights too.
Yesterday I tried 3 flying 100m with full rest and I got the first one in 11 mid, the second in 12s and the third in 13s. I'd like to run the 1,2 and 4 next summer. Any advice? I was thinking of buying a starting block too. My motivation is to have fun and stay in shape.
