The following is probably 90% of my regular diet:
Cereal
Chicken sandwiches with tomato, cheese, mustard
Pasta
Nuts
Granola bars
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Fruits
Veggies
Yogurt
Pretzels
Ground beef burritos with salsa, beans, veggies
Egg sandwiches with cheese, sausage, ketchup
Rice or couscous
Beer
The other 10% can vary. I probably eat out once or twice per week - pizza, Indian, Thai, or whatever. But you're looking at just about everything I buy at the grocery store. To be honest I'm a little bored by it. Any suggestions?
