I want to run under 15 minutes for a 5K before I graduate from college (I'm a sophomore). I ran 90 miles a week this summer and despite becoming mildly injured I feel fresh and optimistic about the upcoming cross-country/track season. However, recently I discovered this XBOX 360 game called "Burnout: Paradise" that is really awesome and I'm having trouble focusing on running instead of playing the game. What should I do?
P.S. I have never run a 5K in my life.
