Ok, in case the title didn't make it clear, I did a workout today, 2 sets of 3x300 in 41 with a 2:00 rest in between reps, and 4 minutes jogging rest between sets. My main track event is the 800 and I'm wondering what I could do in it based on those times.
My 400 PR is 50.8 from last track season and my fastest race in Cross country from last year was 16:20.

I've run 1:58 and change, 1:56 is almost laughable now the shape I'm in. I think I could have done it last year if had the chance in a big meet. Now that I think about it, I'm almost sure I could have done 1:56.
1:51 - 1:53
That's one of the hardest workouts. Very 800m oriented.
1:53 without much 800m racing experience but 1:51 potential in a short time.

I think if I hit my PR in the 4, for the first lap I'd probably come back in 70.
Even if I hit 53, I'd come back in 68. Maybe at 55 I could come back in 60, but at 56 I could roll another 58 on top of it. We'll see I guess, back to Dyestat I go, yall aint much help.
