Yes, these will be good for road races anywhere from 5k to the marathon. At least I like them.
Thanks. I feel like there is a lot of variety out there in training shoes, but that flats are pretty similar because they're not so built up. Is this accurate? If not, any other tips other than the Tiger Paw? I just know of those because I read the name a lot and assume there must be something to their general renown...
It's my favorite flat and I currently do all my running in it.
I thought they stopped making the Tiger Paw a couple of years ago. They were a great shoe!
