I'm looking for training shoes that have high enough arches to keep my PF from flaring up. (So, something like Nimbus is out.) I'm a neutral striker with super-high arches. I do lots of road running. Thoughts?

Wave rider works for me.
I've had success with the Adidas Supernova cushion as well as with the NB 1062's
Try Asics Landreth. I have similar feet, PF problems, and these worked for me. I have to disagree with the Supernova recommendation- I tried those and didn't like them at all.
I have a super high arch as well, have been wearing the Adidas Supernova Cushion for years, but just switched to the lastest version and got PF....dammit..
I like the wave riders but they can feel a little bulky past 10 miles or so. I liked the supernova 7s for about 3 weeks and then they got bad fast. I loved the supernova 6s and have recently bought a few pairs for real cheap.
the asics nimbus has a high arch as well. If you trust your local running store, let them know your situation and they should be able to fit you properly for a shoe. if you like adidas, try the adistar cushion.
New Balance 826.
Great all around shoe.
Fila Providence if you can find any. They have a golf ball under the arch.

826 is not a high arch shoe. new balance in general have medium/low arches.
I'd go with the Asics cumulus before the Nimbus or the Landreth. The Cumulus has a higher arch.
I 2nd the Asics Cumulus.
Thanks for the recs. Anything by Brooks fit the bill?
Did they drop the arch when they went to the Supernova Cushion 7?
Nike Lunar Trainer. Once you feel the Lunar foam, you'll never go back.
Brooks makes the Defyance, the Dyad, and the Burn (might be out of production). All three are excellent shoes.
Nike's Vomero, Skylon, and Pegasus fit the bill.
Asics makes the Cumulus and Landreth, which have been mentioned, and the Nimbus also fits the bill for what you're looking for.
The New Balance 826 is actually one of the few NB shoes with a nice high arch to it, with excellent cushioning, and relatively lightweight.
Pearl Izumi makes two very nice trainers for high arches called the Float, and the Surge. I've worn a few pairs of the Float in the past and really liked it, though it's bulk was kind of a turn off. Still not too heavy though.
Mizuno's Wave Rider has been given a well deserved mention, and the slightly better cushioned Wave Creation also deserves a shout out.
Not a bad overview, but you left out the Lunar trainer, which is the best option.
Give "Saucony ProGird Triumphs" a try or a cheaper lighter weight trainer "Sinister"
Adidas Boston Classic
I tried those on today (SN Cushion 7). They dropped the arch way down from the last model.

I was a former Cumulus/Landreth fan until they went to the Solyte. Now they're too hard for me.
