I'm looking for a different neutral, cushioned shoe with high arches. I'm looking at the Brooks Glycerin and Adidas Supernova Cushion. Any thoughts? Any other suggestions?

Brooks Glycerin has a very low heel, but a wide base. If you get sore calves/achilles tendons, go with the Supernova Cush.
I was much happier with the previous model of the Supernova Cushion (the #6 maybe?) because it seemed to have more cushion than the updated model, so the new pair I bought I use exclusively for workouts.
If this matters, the Glycerin has a fairly ridiculous price tag $135 while the Supernovas remain in the normal price range.
The brooks glycerine has changed since the #4 and #5 models. I had botht he older one and am not a fan of the new one. You feel too much of the road (and I usually like that performance). The supernova cushion has more cushion but less than prior models like someone mentioned. About a $50 difference in price.
The brooks Defyance would be much more similar to the supernova cushion in price and performance/feel.
