Aerobic Threshold : 45-50 min temporun @ Marathon-pace
Anaerobic Threshold : 6x5min with 1 min rec @ HM-pace
Is that right?
Really, I haven't heard of too many different aerobic threshold workouts OTHER than long tempo runs. 25-60min is pretty standard. Some marathon groups (Hansons I think) does 2x6mi (or was it 3x2mi...or 2x3mi?) at marathon pace or so. That would also be an aerobic threshold workout.
As far as anaerobic threshold, you get TWO options this time. One being cruise intervals (such as mentioned above), and the other being a sustained 15-20min "tempo" at anaerobic threshold pace.
