I run about 30 miles a week and i skipped a 6.5 mile run for today as i fell asleep. My question is would it be ok if tomorrow i went out at say 8 am and ran 4 miles VERY easy and then at around 3 pm went out for my 6.5 mile run or would that only hurt me more than help me? I want to make up the mileage somehow and hopefully running this one double would help.
