I have secured entry into the Twin Cities 10 mile and hoping for a sub 1:10 (yes, laugh you fast guys) but there is a nearby half-marathon 2 weeks before that would probably be my only chance for a fall half. My focus is to do well at the 10 -mile. What do you all think~your advice from experience would be appreciated?! What would my training be like the 2 weeks before the 10 mile coming off the half?
