I think you are probably learning to run correctly for the first time, concentrating on your form, and strengthening the feet and leg muscles
If you agree that minimal shoes can foster these changes, they're probably not a bad thing, right? Maybe there's other roads to Rome but this seems like a pretty good one for many.
