I ran for 4 years in high school. I was a decent runner w/ a 5k pr in the high 16s and a 440 mile.
however my last track season i ran through an injury and finished the season but i have not been able to run for 3 months.
I want to start running again though, but this time i wanna do it the right way. I dont have ne set race so i have as much time as i want to build up.
So give me advice on the best way to start off.
Should i start minimalist or barefoot?
diet?
cross training?
tell me everything i need to start completely over
