I'm also pacing a group at Chicago on Oct 12. Currently I'm assigned to the 3:10 group.
Nothing spectacular just another solid week for me. I had hoped to run a 10K this past Saturday but couldn't swing it with other family obligations.
Sunday: 7M easy
Monday: 10M @ 6:02 pace
Tues: 19+ miles @ 6:30 pace
Wed: AM: 8.5M @ 6:20 pace
PM: 10M @ 6:23 pace
Thur: AM: No run - too tired
PM: 10M @ 5:59 pace
Fri: AM: 10M very easy / 6:50 pace
Sat: 15.5M / 1st 5M @ 6:40 / 2nd 5M @ 6:24 / 3rd 5M @ 5:59 pace
Total = 90 miles
