Does anyone else wake up in the morning with stiff joints? It's not just my knees, but my neck, fingers, wrists, ankles, toes, elbows, you name it. Even my sternum pops, if you can believe that. Once I pop these joints the stiffness automatically goes away, though.
Does anyone know what happens overnight that causes joints to do this? Is there some fluid that is building up? And is this indicative of a certain vitamin deficiency?
PS: I'm not so much interested in other stiff things you might wake up with - only joints. Thanks.
