i switched to minimalism and was healthy for a while with it but then got an injury related to running in flats. now my body prefers the feel of no support--how do i transition back to protective shoes? right now i'm just doing a lot of barefooting on open fields just because i can, but when season starts i'll be stuck on pavement so i'll either be wearing the same flats or i'll need to buy something. what's a good shoe to transition back?
