I would like to see some input as to how many of you schedule your workouts. I have to accomodate weight training and PT so basically am on a hard/easy schedule, with upper body weights on the easy days.
Any suggestions? Would you recommend the main sessions as Interval/Tempo/Long Run.... or Tempo/Interval/Long Run?
Also, are most of you able to get in say a Tempo after an Interval day (or vise versa) with only one easy day in-between? Or is 2 more of the norm ?
And if there is anyone else out there that does weight training, would you suggest following weights with an Interval or Tempo Run?
