Hey guys,
I've been doing about 70 mpw for about a solid month. Although last week I got a little lazy and dropped to 50 mpw. I have a 4 day trip coming up where we run 20 mpd. It's a yearly trip. And it always works. I've been thinking of taking the week before it very easy. I would only be running 35 miles that one week. Do you think this is a good idea?
