Hey, I'm a college sophomore and this summer I'm doing my base (been at 70mpw for two weeks now and sticking right around there for the rest of the summer) and I had a PR in the 8k of 27:11 last season. I ran an 8k this summer already (27:36) and I'm curious as to what people think I might be able to run this season. My main workouts this summer have been relatively easy 1200 repeats once a week (right around 3:53), 8mi tempos (right around 50min each) and 12-13 milers (12 was right around 1:22).
