Were you once a Runner's World mileage (20-30) type of guy or gal who moved up in mileage and found out you liked running more?
I'm doing about that kind of mileage now. I get bored with long runs. Maybe that's because they're about 40% of my mileage and they wear me out and it's a death march to the finish?
Anyway, I'm thinking of slowly increasing my miles to 55-60 per week and I'm wondering if I'll get burned out or if I'll find out that I like running more.
For those of you who put in the low miles then moved up, what was your experience?
