I'm going to be a sophomore in college and i haven't run since the state finals of track. I'm 20ish pounds heavier than i was in hs (from 135 to 155). I've been trying to get back in shape... but i'm terrible. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to try and stay around the same weight.. but bulk up. I think i was way to skinny and weak in high school and that it hurt my performance. Thoughts? im about 5'11'' btw...
