Check out the Heusden preview www.distanceproject.wordpress.com. It should be a fast meet.

Also, What can Webb do? 3:40 like a trials or sub 3:36?
He looked really good moving from last to fourth place in the last 200m of the 800 last week. If he had another 15min he would have been overhauled the top guys. If he runs like that, he should run sub3:36 easy.
Oops: 15min = 15 meters
For anyone interested to see all the heat sheets in their entirety(?)...

Then click on international program. Should be awesome. I hope all the Americans mix it up.
Thanks. I included the link to the post.
The small town Euro meets have alot of USA distance runners taking advantage of the gravy train before they get old and slow. Those meets are some of the best I've been to.

Thanks for the information. Good luck to your fellow ZAPlete, Thomas Morgan in the 5000.
that is too bad leer didn't make it into the A section...you'd think his 4th place at the trials would change things a bit.
Will this be on a webcast anywhere???
Leer might be better off in the B race; a win or top placing will be better and probably faster than being run off the pace in the "A" heat.

Here's to hoping!
Strange to see Riley in the B section of the 5k too, who knows.
I hope Solinsky rips a good one.

Agreed, many of the U.S. athletes would be better served to have some success in a couple of these kind of meets (A or B race) and then try to get in the A race of a bigger meet later in the summer. Good luck to Dobson, Solinsky, Riley, Leer, Webb, etc. Good meet today!!!
Great meet for sure. Curtis,Pifer in "B" Section as well.
Is there any way at all to view this, via web cast, or some obscure feed?
Thanks

The result I saw had Jonas Hamm in first place. I'm pretty sure you just changed the result.
