I like flats for longer distances and they don't tear up your calves as much. Would it be okay to race in flats for 8km XC or would the grass and trails just make you slip all over and feel like a clutz??
The flats I have:
-Brooks t5 (6.5 oz.)
-Mizuno Wave Universe (4oz, wouldn't use this past a 5km)
if so, what flats would you recommend (lunar racer, streak xc, ??)
