yes I know, some of you health nuts and hardcore runners are appalled.
I used to be on the fence with this guy, I'd love him, I'd hate him, I'd be like what are you doing with your life? However, the past month has taken him to a whole new level of awesome in my book.
He's a mid-20's guy, and he's acting like it. I love all the people telling him what to do with his life so he can run the times they want him to. Geeze talk about overbearing and a bit controlling. I'm about to show up to everyones work and tell them what I think they need to do to be more productive and reach the level I want them to.....or not.
Who really cares? Run fast, enjoy life. I for one love the fact this guy can eat and hang out with his friends, play video games, just chill out, and still run fast. Ok, maybe not this year, but he did run 3:46...that's wheels man. I'm digging it. The guy's going to after parties, drinking with his friends, letting loose. I hope this guy drops a blazing time this summer, no pressure, just running and having fun. That's what life should be about. Not measuring meals out in tablespoons and strict schedules and hardcore goals.
I for one think this is the best move of the guys life. He probably saved himself from a heart attack at age 55.
